Villa Vali "Deniz" and Villa Vali "Eda" are self-contained two storey villas and are part of a small family run holiday complex of 11 units in the small Turkish village of Akyaka: a peaceful Mediterranean holiday resort characterised with its special architecture created by Nail Cakirhan and noted for its beautiful beach and areas of outstanding beauty.
Deniz and Eda are sister villa's and are the largest properties on site. Villa Vali's properties share two pools and beautiful semi-tropical gardens abundant with scented flowers. The dream of peaceful and relaxing outdoor living is further enhanced by a fully stocked self-service shaded bar and shared dining areas: the perfect place to enjoy a cold beer and evening BBQ.
These holiday homes have stunning mountain, garden, pool, and sea views. Both villas offer a spacious open plan lounge with feature stone fireplace and provide a comfortable living area with TV and amenities for up to five people. The villas are fully equipped and boast a functional compact kitchenette with dining area.

The bedrooms and one bathroom with shower are situated upstairs. The double bedroom is spacious, traditionally equipped and tastefully decorated: this bedroom has a balcony and is the perfect place to sip wine at the end of the day and watch the sun set over sea and mountains. The airy twin bedded room traditionally equipped and tastefully decorated. The second bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. Both villas have a terrace on the ground floor and are just a few meters from the outdoor pools.
The Vali holiday experience is one you will never forget. The tranquil pool areas and mature mellow gardens with delicate floral fragrances offer the perfect place to unwind. A shaded bar area provides the ideal place to enjoy a cool beer in the midday sun. A covered shared dining area and BBQ offer an excellent place to relax and meet friends throughout the day.
Simply put, a week is not enough ...........

We chose to stay in Akyaka primarily because of the proximity to the kitesurf beach at Gokova. We had no idea how stunning Akyaka itself would turn out to be. The village is very Turkish and very friendly, with a plethora of great bars and restaurants. With mountains in the background and a river running through it, it's a really picturesque place to stroll around.
Our accommodation was perfect! We are a family of 5 and had booked a 3 bed villa. The villa was set over two floors, it had two large bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (2 with aircon) and there were 3 balconies in total overlooking the beautiful pool and relaxation areas. There were two pools for the group of apartments and villas, one of which was right outside our villa. Plenty of sunbeds and shade and lovely comfy seating areas to relax and read and generally chill out. The location was great too, just a few hundred metres to lovely restaurants and a short stroll along the river to the beach.
The family who own and manage the villas could not do enough for us and made us feel incredibly welcome.
We would love to stay here again in the future.
